I offer clients struggling with negative self-talk, loneliness, confidence issues, relationship pains, and lack of self-empowerment the opportunity and space to be heard and feel seen. By using positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, and narrative coaching, clients can expect access to transformational tools that provide lasting empowerment. My clients come away with a holistic shift in mindset which renders a greater sense of self-worth, more effective communication skills, and the confidence to pursue the goals they finally feel deserving of achieving.
Approach and Values
The values I stand behind to help my clients reach their goals are centered upon the following:
1. Everything you need is already within you: you are whole, complete, and resourceful
2. Making mistakes is essential to becoming successful. Mistakes are how we learn, and when we know better, we can do better.
3. Creating and maintaining healthy boundaries is the most important part of building healthy relationships.
4. Clear is kind; when we communicate clearly, we are being more loving to those around us and taking better care of both ourselves and others.
When working with me, clients can expect to be given a safe, nonjudgmental space to be seen and heard. My intuitive instincts and empathic nature allow me to "read the room"; acknowledging clients, developing relevant metaphors and analogies that resonate and connect with clients, and gently holding a mirror up so clients can gain expanded awareness and take accountability where necessary. From this point, clients can expect to feel a greater sense of empowerment to create small action steps, moving them forward with momentum toward their goals. Together, we will use balanced reflection to maintain an accurate sense of progress and celebrate achievements along the way.
